Using a highly data-driven approach and granular reporting and analysis, MRP helped the Central Park Conservancy achieve sales increases of 130%, 101%, and 52% over the prior year period after strategically re-merchandising their top three retail locations.  Store design specialist Kathy Mucciolo, working with insights from retail data analyst Jim Jacouzzi, created the dramatic change at the Dairy, Belvedere Castle, and the 59th Steet Kiosk in Central Park, where multiple product categories increased in sales by 200% to 600% and a number of product lines doubled and tripled in productivity. MRP also developed two new custom merchandise themes in time for the fall season.
